Our Facilities

Owners, managers, trainer, and equine veterinarian live on-site our gated 10-acre farm. Excellent lighting and security cameras located throughout.

Oversize center aisle way with concrete floors, cross ties, and straight ties in each stall. Each 10x10 stall is equipped with lights, fans with enclosed motors, slow feeder hay bag, water, salt lick, and pine bedding.

Well-groomed 125x300’ lighted sand arena with access to barrels, jumps, ground poles, cones, and poles. Arena offers shade in the early morning and late evening during the summer.

Our farm has 8 acres of well established, well-maintained pastures, with natural shade and shelter. Pastures are seeded for rye in the fall, sprayed for weeds and fertilized year-round with grazing safe products. 

Newly renovated locked oversized tack room and lounge with ample storage and saddle racks, refrigerator, microwave, couch, AC & heater. Concrete wash rack. Hay barn for hay storage. 

Very well lit, oversized 75' sand round pen with access to barrels, ground poles, and jump standards. It is shaded after 3:30pm in the summer.
