USDA pasture raised, grass fed and timothy/orchard grass hay supplemented Black Angus Cattle, lightly grained at finishing, meat is very tender and lean. All meat was aged for three weeks. Zero antibiotics, hormones, or vaccines. Our beef cows are humanely raised and spoiled with access to water, shade, mineral blocks, routine bread as treats, and free-choice "stress relief" cow molasses licks.
