At Maple Ridge Farm, we're committed to sustainable and responsible farming practices. Rotational grazing is implemented as part of our livestock management. Pastures are overseeded with winter rye to help benefit the soil. Our animals are raised in spacious and clean environments, with plenty of access to fresh air and sunshine. We believe that by taking care of our land and animals, we can provide our customers with the highest quality products.
Farm fresh eggs available year-round. Our hens are fed a primarily homemade all-natural diet of local seeds / grains and supplemented with minimal Kalmbach layer feed and vitamin supplement. $5/dozen. Eggs are unwashed. Unwashed eggs keep at room temperature for ~2 weeks and in the refrigerator ~3 months. Gently wash with warm water before use. Washed eggs must be refrigerated. We have young laying hen flocks available for purchase every year.


Our USDA Angus beef is grown out on our farm in a small, low-stress herd. They live freely in open pastures with ample access to top quality forages and hay year-round. Our beef is grass-fed and very lightly grained at finishing with local milled (preservative free) grains. Zero antibiotics, hormones, or vaccines. Meat is aged for 21 days and has zero flavor enhancers, coloring, fillers, or preservatives (with the exception of spices added to the sausage). Our beef is very hearty, lean, and rich in nutrients. Grass fed beef is leaner than grain-fed beef with a slightly more naturally sweet flavor.

Our Kunekune pork is bred and raised right here on our farm. They live freely in open pastures and are rotated routinely for pasture sustainability and natural worm resistance. Our pork is 100% grass-fed, never vaccinated, and antibiotic free. Meat is aged for one week and has zero flavor enhancers, coloring, fillers, or preservatives (with the exception of spices added to the sausage). Our pork is unlike anything store bought, is lean and tender, and is very delicious. We occasionally have Kunekune piglets available for purchase.

Our St Croix lamb is bred and raised right here on our farm in a small flock. They live freely in open pastures and are rotated routinely for pasture sustainability and natural worm resistance. Our lamb is 100% grass-fed, never vaccinated, and antibiotic free. Meat is aged for one week and has zero flavor enhancers, coloring, fillers, or preservatives. Our lamb is very rich in flavor, lean, almost a sweet taste, and pairs really well with our grass-fed beef for homemade meatballs or burgers. We occasionally have registered St Croix lambs available for purchase.

We periodically raise out meat birds as a whole chicken or by item (breasts, legs, wings, etc.). Our chickens are fed a primarily homemade all-natural diet of local seeds / grains and supplemented with Kalmbach meat bird feed, fodder, fruits and vegetables, and vitamin supplement.
